An alarming Tyranid presence has been detected here in the Southern Fringes for the past 2 months. It is emminent that the xenos has been advancing not just from the Segundus Segmentum, where a major Hivefleet "Behemoth" looms. Dubbed Hivefleet "Bahamut", it's initial invasion force consisted of 2 mutated species of gaunts and a swarm of Genestealers all lead by a brood of mutated Warriors, which proves to be rather unusual given that swarms of this size are lead by the more insidious Hive Tyrant. Initial sorties by Blood Angels present in the area prove this Hivefleet to be a minor threat, but may become something serious in the months to come. The Marines have captured about a couple of well intact specimens of each specie and is now being prepared for further sudy and examination.
